摘要

The results of this study indicate that financial compensation and non-financial compensation has a strong connection to the work motivation. this is indicated by R of 0.760 . In the table the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that employee motivation will increase by 0.438 units for every additional unit of financial compensation. So if financial compensation has increased one unit , then the employee motivation will increase by 0.438 units assuming other variables held constant . Employee motivation will increase by 0.381 units for every additional unit of non-financial compensation, Based on simultaneous hypothesis testing is done through F. The significance of the F test or sig . 0,000 less than α of 0.05 so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted so it can be concluded that the dependent variable employee motivation can be significantly affected by independent variables financial compensation and indirect financial compensation. financial compensation as the independent variable contributes to performance as the dependent variable with a value of R Square of 56.5 % . and the balance of 43.5 % is influenced by other variables. From the results of the partial hypothesis testing , non-financial compensation has a dominant influence on employee motivation.
